Guranteed Lowest Price - Price Match Gurantee

We will match any total order price by our online competitors, including those in the United Kingdom (and our delivery timeframe is much better)*. The total order price must include both the item price along with shipping fees (UK charges $27.00 and higher for shipping).

If you find a lower total order price within 30 days of ordering from us, please send us an email with the link to the website, and we will refund you the difference.

* - Online Retailer must be an official reseller of Dora Designs (no individual EBAY sales, or Dora Designs knock-off items).
- Doorstop orders (price of the item, plus shipping) must be above $30.00 US (applies to almost all orders).
- Draught Excluder orders (price of the item, plus shipping) must be priced above $40.00 US (applies to almost all orders).
- We do not match special club membership discounts on items or shipping fees.

Return Customer Discount

All return customers will be awarded an automatic 10% discount on their order total. This discount will be applied upon order processing, and an email will be sent to the customer with the adjusted total.

Shipping

All Dora Design items are shipped from Pennsylvania. Most orders, including those to the West Coast, are delivered within 5-6 business days. For expedited delivery, please call 310-592-7169.

Our current shipping special states that shipping will be free on any order of 2 or more items.

Flat rate shipping does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska. We do not currently ship to countries outside of the United States, other than Canada (additional shipping/Customs fees will apply on orders to Canada).

Privacy - Customer Information

We strive to protect our customers' information. As a result, we do not share any customer information with 3rd party affiliates, nor do we sell customer information to 3rd parties.

Returns

Any returned item will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer.

Any item must be returned within 30 days of that item's delivery date (date that FedEx logs as the delivery date), and each item must be in new condition.

- We do not charge sales tax to customers outside the state of Pennsylvania. For Pennsylvania (PA) residents, we apply a special discount to PA resident orders so that tax is included within the price. Chester County Businesses, LLC then pays the state of Pennsylvania for those taxes.
